From the M77        

Exit at junction 3 onto the A727 (Previously A726), Nitshill Road following signposts for East Kilbride / Giffnock (The opposite direction from Paisley / Barrhead). Go straight through the first roundabout (Spiersbridge Roundabout) remaining on the A727 (now Rouken Glen Road) and take the 1st right into Rouken Glen Park, bearing right, up the hill to Pro-Soccer.

From the City Centre      

The quickest way is to head West on the M8, over the Kingston Bridge taking the M77 turn off, then follow the directions above.  Alternatively you can head through the South side of city through Shawlands towards Giffnock on the A77 Fenwick Road.  At Eastwood Toll roundabout, turn right onto the A727 (Previously A726) Rouken Glen Road, go straight through two sets of lights and take the left turn after the speed camera (on your left) into Rouken Glen Park and bear right up the hill to Pro-Soccer.

By Train

Take any train from Glasgow Central station that stops at Whitecraigs train station. Disembark here and exit the station onto the main road (Ayr Road A77). Turn left and immediately turn left again into Davieland Road. Walk past Boaters Café to the bottom of this road, turning left at the traffic lights onto the A727 (Previously A726) Rouken Glen Road.  After the speed camera (on your left) turn left into Rouken Glen Park, bearing right, up the  hill to Pro-Soccer.

By Bus

The following buses from the City Centre will take you to Pro-Soccer. The 38a, stopping on Rouken Glen Road directly outside the park, and the 47, stopping on Thornliebank Road/ Spiersbridge Road, which joins Rouken Glen Road at the Spiersbridge roundabout.

From the A77(Southbound)        

At Whitletts roundabout take the third exit onto High Road (signposted Ayr North, Town Centre & Ayr Racecourse) entering Ayr.  Go straight through the first set of traffic lights and keep going until you come to a pedestrian crossing.  Just after the crossing turn right onto Glenmuir Place.  Go straight on down as far as the road goes to Pro-Soccer Ayr.

From the A77(Northbound)

The same as above except at Whitletts Roundabout take the first exit onto High Road.

From the Town Centre

Starting out at Burns Statue Square, bear left (one way) onto Station Bridge A70 (signposted Ring Road East).  At roundabout take the first exit onto the A70, then immediately at next roundabout take the first exit onto Station Road A79 (signposted Ring Road North).  At roundabout take the second exit onto Craigie Road B747 (signposted Kilmarnock A77, Irvine A78).  Go straight through the first set of traffic lights.  At the second set of traffic lights turn right onto the A719 (Whitletts Road).  Go straight along this road, passing the main entrance to Ayr Racecourse, a McDonalds Restaurant and a Tesco and go straight through two sets of traffic lights and turn left before the pedestrian crossing onto Glenmuir Place.  Go straight on down as far as the road goes to Pro-Soccer Ayr.

By Train

 

There is no rail route at the moment.

By Bus

 

The following buses will take you from Ayr Bus Station to Glenmuir Place.  The 43/343 (approximately every half hour Monday to Saturday and every hour on a Sunday).  The 444 (approximately every half hour Monday to Saturday only).  The 52 will take you to Glenmuir Place from Burns Statue Square (approximately every 20 minutes Monday to Saturday and every hour on a Sunday).  Please check with Stagecoach if you require further information.
