By taking out a block booking, you secure an hourly booking on your chosen day at the same time each week – no calls to book each week, no disappointment at not getting your desired time or day.
Blocks of pitches can be booked in multiples of twelve (subject to availability and the Pro-Soccer Block Booking Terms & Conditions). To apply, you must be a Pro-Soccer membership holder.

Q. The information signs on the pitches state that players must consult Pro-Soccers 'Terms of Play" before commencing activity. Where can I find these?
A. Our 'Terms of Play' can be found in the reception area of the complex. You may also ask at reception for a printed copy or you may view them here. These conditions are to ensure that all players understand their own duty of care towards their saferty whilst taking part in small sided soccer which can be a fast paced, physical game.
Q. What is a Pro-Soccer Block Booking?
A. An agreement between Pro-Soccer and a current Pro-Soccer member for a block of 12 consecutive pitches or in multiples thereof.
Q. What are the benefits of a block booking?
A. No more phone calls to reserve your desired day or kick off time or the disappointment of not getting the time you want.
Q. Do I need to pay for the block of pitches up-front?
A. No, although up-front payments are accepted, you can pay on a weekly basis prior to play.
Q. Can we block book at the time and day of our choice?
A. Yes, subject to availability. If the day or time that you require is not available, Pro-Soccer will be glad to offer or block book you an alternative, and/or place you on a standby list for your 1st choice block booking.
Q. Are there facilities to change and store our belongings while we play?
A. Yes, there are two well-sized changing rooms equipped with showers and lockers. Female changing facilities are also available.

Q. When are the peak and off-peak times?
A. Peak bookings kick off at 4.00pm Monday - Friday and all day Sunday and off peak bookings kick off between 9.00am and 3.30pm Monday - Friday and all day Saturday. Our Hotspot prices are available Monday - Friday and Sunday kicking of at 10pm and 10.30pm at certain centres..
Q. Do we need to wear shin pads?
A. No, but Pro-Soccer recommend their use.
Q. What type of footwear is suitable?
A. Astro-trainers and any non-metal blades or studs are suitable for Pro-Soccer's rubber filled monofilament Viagrass surface.
Q. Can we cancel a pitch if we can’t make it one week?
A. You can cancel two pitch bookings per block booking provided they are not in a row, providing 72 hours notice is given. All remaining pitches or cancellations must be paid for.
Q. Can we get a round of drinks and a snack in after the match?
A. Yes, the Pro-Soccer Sports Bar provides a wide range of drinks including alcoholic, non-alcoholic & tea and coffee, accompanied by a hot and cold snack menu, so you and your friends can enjoy that post match analysis in comfort.
